Founded on 5 May 1997, Airconduct began operations from a modest 280 m² facility with a small team of dedicated employees. The company was established by Mr. G.A. Wibbelink, who remains actively involved in leading the business today.
Recognizing an opportunity within the HVAC industry following the closure of a major ductwork supplier, Mr. Wibbelink invested in duct manufacturing equipment and applied his technical expertise, industry knowledge, and entrepreneurial vision to build what has become one of Southern Africa's preferred ducting manufacturers.
Over the years, Airconduct has continually invested in advanced manufacturing technology to improve efficiency, quality, and production capacity. Our facility features a fully automated coil line capable of producing three different transverse joint profiles and two types of longitudinal seams. Operating on a single daily shift, the workshop can comfortably manufacture up to 200 tons of ducting per month.
Our experienced estimating team works closely with production personnel to ensure that every project is tailored to the specific requirements of our clients. With extensive workshop and warehouse facilities, we maintain substantial stock levels of steel, insulation, and related materials, enabling fast turnaround times while consistently delivering products of the highest quality.
